We are now undertaking the making of wiring looms for narrowboats.

As we already sell many different types of cable, all suitable for use in inalnd craft, and have extensive experience in marine electrical systems, our new larger premises now provide us with the opportunity to lay out and build up wiring looms.

To produce a loom for you, we would first come out and survey your boat, to take details of your intended cirauits, cabin dimensions etc. Following this, we would build the loom here at Hyde, complete with wiring diagrams, cable identification details, and cable schedule etc.

In some installations a single simple loom might suffice, in other larger installations, it might be necessary to have more than one loom. In all cases, providing you can give us basic information about your requirements, we will endeavour to provide a budget price for your loom as a starting point. If we proceed, we would give a firm price after surveying your boat.
